Description
At the legislative level, the question is how the Moroccan legislature regulates the divorce of
disruption in the family law in Mudauwana. The second step will be investigated in a detailed
textual analysis based on a court decision (251/04/13) that describes how the jurisdiction is in this
context. In this frame there are two interesting aspects. The first is about the attempts of
reconciliation with its different facets and the second one about the issue of compensation, which
plays a relevant role in the process of separation.
