Description
Trump’s second-term foreign policy is marked by unpredictability, nationalism, and disruption. His
reliance on personal instincts over institutions, and his autocratic desire for control, has led to
sweeping cuts in key agencies and foreign aid. Trade wars escalate, alliances shift, and relations
with Russia, China, and NATO are in flux. Trump’s expansionist rhetoric and erratic Middle East
policies further destabilize global order, with serious consequences for American interests.
